Color of trees

Unread postby Kathryn » Wed 23 Sep 2009 12:55 pm

Color simply is just waves of energy moving from the black (the formation of all color) to white (the lack of any color). The different levels are like a stopping post. We can stop for a time in focus of a particular color and blend with it to know what it stands for. Or we can let it fill the mundane and take us casually to create a picture we can understand and fill our lives with imagery.

Even if we are blind, color still impact our lives because we can interpret the energy it creates from their presence.

Self interpretation of the color personal meaning can take many hours of devotion. You can work at making your own spectrum of decipherment, or you can follow the many different translations that are available to you.

There are many beliefs systems out there that are willing to tell you what color should mean to you. You can follow a tradition and for that particular discipline it would be necessary to follow that specific interpretation of what color means.

Many devotional followers before you have made it right within their own convention. This is to say that what the color means, should be used for that specific tradition and may not work well in another doctrine.

This is the frustration that most new followers to a specific tradition have trouble with. It is not wrong to do self interpretation or even pick and chose different forms of practice to create your own individualistic style. One just needs to be aware that walking this solitary path just means you will have a lot more trial and error of what will work for what you want to accomplish.

Standing individually within the color, you will find it has its own language. It is our own spirit interpretation within us what that color means and how we use it to our own life. Religion, tradition, beliefs should not be a statement of what you hold but an example of life you live.

So you claim Celtic, then you are Celtic, and become the living example of your tradition. That is to say all parts of its tradition are what you follow to create a completion of Celtic. Like following a set recipe to make the Celtic cake you chose to live for yourself.

Color however really does not follow a set design or rules. We as individuals see color only through our own eyes. Since we see color out of our eyes we also understand color through our own spirit. Yellow to me is not the same color yellow you would see. You may see it with a bit more brightness and I would see it with a bit more orange. Because we see differently then we also would understand differently.

After 9 years of self study with trees, I began to understand that trees to have their own interpretation of color. They are intimate in the energy of color and can reflect it with very visible effects of growth and change. Because no one else had done a study of color interpretation through trees, it took a lot of trial and error to get it right.

Color with Trees is not an Aura. Aura is the energy that is released off the individual spirit and physical body. It is also not a Charka point. Charkas are associated with in body meridians to channel a specific function of an organic body.

Color of trees is more a movement of emotions. This is not to say that the tree stands specifically within a set emotion the whole of its life. This is to say that the tree reflects a particular emotion. Much like how you would take away after sitting through a movie or hearing an inspirational speaker.

The longer wave lengths of color are generally cooler and work to almost non existence wave of black. These are the primal and physical energies. These trees work in the mundane. Although for the most part a passive, their emotions are parted in sudden bursts.

The shorter wave lengths of color are generally hotter and work into a solid wave of white. These are more spiritual energies. These trees work in the ethereal. They are active and stimulating the world around them. Their emotions are parted very slowly and long lasting. Like sitting and watching a sunset on a perfect day.

There are trees that fall through the spectrum and neither completely primal or spiritual. These trees can be both active and passive in their emotion. These trees can use all forms to communicate.

The following will give you and idea of what color reflects for the trees. As I said before it is not a law to follow exactly but it does give you a hint into the tree you are working with.

This is the interpretation of the colors found with the trees.
• White – The color of humility.
• Indigo – The color of adulation
• Purple – The color of ascension
• Dark Blue – The color of Faith.
• Blue – The color of submission.
• Green – The color of presence
• Yellow – The color of will.
• Orange – The color of change
• Red – The color of focus.
• Violet – The color of importance.
• Black – The color of defiance.
• Pink – The color of devotion.
• Grey – The color of consistency.
• Brown – The color of honesty.

I don’t want you to take from this article that I have the end all say all in the color of trees. I can only quote from my own work and experiences. It is exciting to me to be able to have the opportunity to share what I have I learned for myself.

Thank you for hearing my words.

May the trees you hug, hug you back.
